We advise you discuss your end-to-end requirements with them in regard to any equipment or logistics assistance you require (forklifts, trolleys etc.) as it is not permitted to use own equipment or lifting contractors onsite. Lifting and maneuvering of large or heavy items must be handled by them to ensure safety on site. All venue services can be ordered via our interactive and easy to use Online Shopper available on the Exhibitor Portal. The link to access the portal will be shared via email by our operations team.

To start planning your visit, please read through the checklist in Section 3: Important Information and Checklist of the Exhibitor Manual. If you are Space Only exhibitor, please refer to Space Only section and if you are Shell Scheme exhibitor then kindly refer to Shell Scheme section. 

You will have access during build-up with the contractor wristbands if the approval of your badge is still pending. 

Exhibitor Badges allow access throughout the setup, open, and breakdown periods. During the buildup days, access will be granted with wristbands if badge approval is still pending. The wristbands can be purchased onsite for AED 25 per day per person. Should you require further information, please contact our Registration Team at registration@adife.com

The Maintenance Contractor badge provides access during Build up, show days, and break down. However, ADNEC operates a paid wristband system, all Maintenance Contractors requiring access during the show days must purchase a Maintenance Contractor Wristband for AED 25 per day per person Please note that no heavy work during the show will be permitted. Unfortunately, no badge conversion is not possible.

During the show days, individuals holding a contractor badge do not have access to the venue. However, you have the option to either apply for a maintenance contractor badge or register as a visitor through our website and attend the event. Exhibitors could potentially receive a specific number of car park passes depending on the size of their stand and their company. To determine whether you have been granted a parking pass, please contact our sales team via email at sales@adife.com. Further information regarding parking arrangements and the collection of allocated parking passes will be provided closer to the event.

To rebook for the next edition of the event, exhibitors have a couple of options available to them. The first option is to book onsite by visiting the sales team at the organizers’ office. There will be dedicated personnel from the sales team who will assist exhibitors with the rebooking process and provide them with all the necessary information and forms or you can get in touch with Musab Abdo via email at musab.abdo@adnec.ae the designated sales contact for ADIFE. 

Safety vests and other stationery items are available for purchase at the convenience store(baqala) located at the end of the atrium, opposite the innovation lab.

Capital Hospitality are the exclusive catering contractor for ADIFE. We advise you discuss your end-to-end requirements with them in regard to any assistance you require (stand catering etc.) as it is not permitted to use external catering contractors onsite. To secure a meeting room reservation for ADIFE, kindly reach out to operations team at operations.adife@adnec.ae 

Exhibitors can provide visitors food or drinks for sampling purposes in the vicinity of their stand. For more information on rules and regulations when preparing or serving food during the show please read through Section 11 of our Exhibitor Manual.
