The Hosted Buyer Program is Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition’s bespoke, tailor made program to facilitate business transactions and create networking opportunities. Designed for impactful one-to-one interactions, the program connects exhibitors with qualified buyers. The program aims to increase successful business deals and help foster long-term business relationships.
In the previous edition, the Hosted Buyer Program provided a conducive environment for meaningful business connections and collaborations with over 260 manually screened and vetted buyers, resulting to 6,432 meetings.

Buyer Profile:
- Hold a senior role with direct purchasing authority or the capacity to influence purchasing decisions in your organization.
- Available to travel to Abu Dhabi and attend the arranged meetings from November 26th to 28th 2024, ensuring your presence throughout the event.
- Have a genuine intent to make significant purchases within the next 6 to 12 months, with potential for future business partnerships.
- Engage in minimum – 30 pre-scheduled face-to-face meetings with exhibitors.
