Terms and Conditions:
- Completion of an application form applying to become a Hosted Buyer at the Event does not automatically guarantee a place on the Hosted Buyer Programme. All applications will be reviewed by the Organiser. Applicants will be notified by the Organiser if their registration is approved.
- We only accept one application per company.
- Hosted Buyers Benefits:
- International Hosted Buyers:
- Three days entry to the Event.
- Free flight tickets and visa.
- 3 nights’ accommodation on bed & breakfast basis.
- Return round-trip transfers from Airport to the Hotel.
- Pre-scheduled appointments with Exhibitors.
- Access to the Hosted Buyer Lounge at the event.
- Invitation to the exhibitor’s party on the first night of the event.
- Local Hosted Buyers (UAE Residence):
- Three days entry to the Event.
- Return round-trip transfers.
- Pre-scheduled appointments with Exhibitors.
- Access to the Hosted Buyer Lounge at the event.
- Invitation to the exhibitor’s party on the first night of the event
- Travel Arrangements:
- Flights are booked based on economy class (non-refundable) rate only, with no exception.
- Once the flight tickets have been issued, any changes (flight times, extensions, excess luggage etc.) are subject to additional charges covered by the Hosted Buyer.
- Organizers can cancel your application if any delays in sending the documents or no responses to the travel agency.
- Transfer will be provided to/from the airport and hotel. Any other transfer will be at the Hosted Buyers own expenses.
- The hosted buyer shall only be provided with the accommodation based on the show Any extra nights shall be borne by the HB.
- Any room upgrades will be solely at the discretion of the hotel management and any room upgrade costs will be borne by the Hosted Buyer.
- Meetings:
- The organizers will connect the hosted buyers with the exhibitors prior to the show by email.
- Hosted buyers must be responsive to emails.
- Hosted buyers must keep the organizers copied in all email communication before the show.
- All hosted buyers must submit a survey about all their meetings and deals at the end of each event day to the reception desk at the hosted buyer lounge.
